Holding fee to secure a property:
In order to secure a property a holding deposit equivalent to one weeks’ rent will be payable to Denisons Estate Agents Limited. The holding deposit will then be refunded to you or offset against your first months’ rent or deposit. There are certain circumstances whereby a holding deposit will not be offset or refunded, and these are as follows:
a) You decide not to proceed.
b) You fail right to rent checks.
c) You provide false or misleading information.
d) You do not supply the required information within 15 days of the holding deposit pay date.
Prior to moving in:
- A deposit is required, this will be equivalent to five weeks rent
- You are also required to pay the first month’s rent
Landlord fees:
- Full management fee: 12% incl. VAT
- Let only fee: 3 weeks rent + VAT
- Inventory: £144.00 incl. VAT
- Tenancy set-up fee: £180.00 incl. VAT
- Tenancy renewal fee: £96 incl. VAT
